Terms of sale

1. Seller

Dictilo Pro is sold by COACHING BUSINESS 360, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, SIREN 894 654 458. Its registered office is at 9 chemin du Pontet, ZAC du Pontet, 69380 Civrieux-d'Azergues, France. Contact: contact@antony-rouxel.com.

2. Scope

These terms of sale apply to the Dictilo Pro subscription. Your data is handled as described in the app privacy policy.

3. Plans

Free plan. You can dictate 2,000 words a week, with every Dictilo feature. The week starts on Monday at midnight (Paris time), when the counter resets. Beyond 2,000 words, dictation stops until the following Monday. The free plan requires no payment.

Dictilo Pro. You can dictate without any word limit.

Trial. When you create your account, you get Dictilo Pro for 14 days (one month if another user invited you, section 10). No card is needed: at the end of the trial, without a subscription, your account simply returns to the free plan.

4. Prices

Dictilo Pro costs €12 a month, or €120 a year, all taxes included. The price including tax shown is the price you pay, whatever your country. The price that applies is the one shown when you subscribe.

If our prices change, your current subscription keeps the price you subscribed at.

5. Subscribing

1. In the Dictilo menu, choose “Passer à Pro” (Upgrade to Pro), then the monthly or yearly plan.
2. You reach Stripe's secure payment page, in Dictilo's name, showing the price and the period.
3. You tick the box that accepts these terms of sale and asks for Dictilo Pro to start straight away, knowing that if you withdraw within 14 days you only pay for the days already elapsed (section 8), then confirm the payment.

The subscription is concluded once the payment is accepted.

If you subscribe during your trial, or during a free month of Pro, with more than 48 hours left, that remaining time is kept for you: your first payment takes place when it ends.

6. Payment and invoices

Payment is made by card, through Stripe. You enter your card and billing address (and, if you wish, your VAT number) at Stripe: Dictilo never sees your card number and does not keep it.

The first period (a month or a year) is paid when you subscribe, or at the end of the remaining trial (section 5). After that, the amount is charged automatically at the start of each new period.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it, and you keep Dictilo Pro during those retries. If the payment still does not go through after these retries, the subscription may end: your account then returns to the free plan.

Your invoices can be viewed and downloaded at any time from “Gérer mon abonnement” (Manage my subscription) in the Dictilo menu.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

Dictilo Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, from “Gérer mon abonnement” (Manage my subscription) in the Dictilo menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Dictilo Pro until then, and your account then returns to the free plan. The current period is not refunded pro rata, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal (section 8).

In the same place, you can switch between the monthly and yearly plans: the difference is calculated pro rata.

For the yearly plan, we remind you by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the period, that you may choose not to renew it (article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code). This email gives the renewal date, the amount and how not to renew.

If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled immediately, without a refund of the current period, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from your subscription to withdraw, without giving any reason.

For Dictilo Pro to start straight away, before that period ends, you expressly ask for it by ticking the box provided at payment (section 5). If you then withdraw within those 14 days, we refund the price paid, minus the share for the subscription days already elapsed until your withdrawal.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement at contact@antony-rouxel.com, for example using the form below. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, Dictilo Pro benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for the whole term of the subscription. If a lack of conformity appears, write to us: we will bring the service into conformity. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you can obtain a price reduction or end the subscription.

10. Referral

Each account has a referral code and an invitation link. The code is used when a new account is created: it is refused if it is unknown, if it is your own code, or if both accounts belong to the same person.

The invited person starts with a free month of Dictilo Pro. Once they have dictated 2,000 words in total, you receive a month of Dictilo Pro, once per invited person: your free Pro is extended by a month or, if you are a subscriber, a credit of €12 (monthly plan) or €10 (yearly plan) applies to your next invoice.

11. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@antony-rouxel.com.

If you are a consumer and your written complaint has not settled the dispute, you can refer it free of charge to MCP Médiation, the consumer mediator of COACHING BUSINESS 360: 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, France, https://mcpmediation.org, contact@mcpmediation.org. You can do so within one year of your written complaint.

12. Personal data

The data linked to your account, your dictations, your subscription and your payments is handled as described in the app privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply to your subscription are the ones you accepted when subscribing. If we change them, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the competent court under the legal rules, in particular the court of your place of residence. If you act in a professional capacity, the courts of Lyon have sole jurisdiction.
