Data collected by the site
If you ask to be told when Dictilo arrives on Windows, iPhone or Android, the form collects your first and last name, your email address and your device. We also record the language of the page and the date you signed up. The site has no accounts.
Purpose and legal basis
To tell you when Dictilo arrives on your device. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with a simple email. No other marketing without your agreement, and your data is never sold.
Recipients and retention
Antony Rouxel and his team. To reach us, your data passes through the site's host (Vercel, United States), the services that send the form (the contact@antony-rouxel.com mailbox at Hostinger and, as a backup, FormSubmit) and the mailbox that receives sign-ups (Gmail, Google). These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your data is kept until Dictilo arrives on your device and the message is sent, then for at most 3 years from our last contact.
Technical logs
Like any website, its host (Vercel, United States) keeps technical connection logs (IP address, page requested, date), used for security and to keep the service running, and kept for a limited time. The download button contacts the Dictilo server, also hosted by Vercel, to show the latest version.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object. To exercise them, write to antony.coaching@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
